The Defensive IQ Academy

4- One Hour sessions 

Focus: Court Awareness  • Reaction Speed   •  Defensive Positioning

Summary: This program sharpens basketball IQ through situational drills, and mental focus training. Players learn to read offenses, anticipate passes and position themselves for success.
You’ll Gain:

  • Faster reaction and recognition skills
  • Better understanding of defensive rotations
  • Confidence in real time decision making
  • Goal: Build defenders who play smarter, not just harder

Active Scholars Program

Need a structured PE option for your homeschool student? The Elevate U Homeschool Fitness & Wellness Academy provides instructor-led physical education in a safe, encouraging environment where kids can move, build confidence, and interact with peers. This program is designed for ALL students — not just athletes

Students will:
• Develop coordination and balance
• Improve strength and endurance
• Learn healthy habits
• Build confidence in group activities
• Enjoy positive social interaction

And yes —
This program satisfies Physical Education requirements.

9 wk. Homeschool Wellness & Physical Education Program

  • Two 60 minute sessions per week 
  • Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday 
  • Students will gain the necessary cardio and strength to be successful in sports and everyday activities. 
  • Age appropriate fitness programs
  • Satisfies Physical Education credit
